Check-in & Check-out Policy

• Check-in Time: 12:00 PM
• Check-out Time: 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and prior confirmation.

Guest Identification Policy

• Valid government-issued ID proof is mandatory for all guests.
• Local ID guests may require prior approval.
• Unmarried couples are allowed with valid ID proof.

Occupancy Rules

• Maximum occupancy should not exceed the booked guest count.
• Extra guests are not permitted without prior approval.

Noise & Party Policy

• Loud music and parties are permitted, however guests must respect the peaceful hill station environment and nearby residents.
• The property is ideal for families and responsible group stays.

Smoking & Alcohol Policy

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside bedrooms and common indoor areas.
• Alcohol consumption is allowed only within the property premises.
• Any damage due to irresponsible behavior will be chargeable.

Property Care & Damage Policy

• Guests are requested to maintain cleanliness and care for property items.
• Any damages to furniture, appliances or property assets will be chargeable.
• Management reserves the right to deduct damage costs from the security deposit.

Pet Policy

• Pets are not allowed.
• Guests must inform the management before booking if traveling with pets.

Power Backup & Water Usage

• Power backup is available for essential lighting and basic needs.
• Weather-related power interruptions may occur. Partial refunds or generator arrangements (subject to availability) may be offered at additional cost.
• Guests are requested to use water responsibly due to seasonal hill station supply conditions.

Management Rights

AARRREA’s Valley View Homestay reserves the right to refuse accommodation or terminate stay without refund in case of:

• Violation of house rules
• Misbehavior or illegal activity
• Disturbance to neighbors or property environment
