Cancellation & Refund Policy – AARRREA’s Valley View Homestay

Please review our cancellation terms carefully before confirming your booking.

We understand last-minute changes in travel plans. However, last-minute cancellations also cause operational and revenue loss for us.

No cancellation charges apply on non-season weekdays and weekends on the following months:

February, March, June, July, and November.

For bookings during peak season, long weekends and public holidays (April, May, December 15 to 31, Jan 12–16, Jan 26, August 15, October 2 and similar dates), the following cancellation charges apply:

Cancellation Charges (Peak Season / Long Weekends / Holidays)

  • 100% retention charges — Applicable for no-show or cancellation made within 24 hours of check-in.
  • 50% retention charges — Applicable if cancellation is done between 48 to 72 hours before check-in.
  • 25% retention charges — Applicable if cancellation is done more than 72 hours before check-in.

These charges apply during seasonal months (April, May, December 15–31), long weekends and public holidays.

Cancellation Process

To cancel or modify your booking dates, please contact us via call or WhatsApp.

After confirmation, you will receive an official cancellation email from:

Guests may also choose to postpone their booking dates (subject to availability) without additional charges.

Refund Processing Information

  • If payment is made via UPI, eligible refund amount will be initiated after applicable deductions.
  • If payment is made via Razorpay, a 3% payment gateway processing fee
  • Razorpay payments are settled to us in T+2 working days after deducting gateway charges, hence the processing fee applies.
